Help - "Filter on the CCY database'

After entering the series of selection conditions, which are activated by pressing the "SEARCH CCY", the database is scanned. Finded items are displayed as sorted table:

  1. Minimum one mandatory condition - before start to search database at least one selection condition must be entered.
  2. Types of selection conditions
    - field Species is a selection list of predefined fields, one criterion only can chosen,
    - field CCY Number can be entered directly (minimum 3, maximum 11 characters), digits and hyphens allowed only. You can enter the number in the format 041-008-033 or 41-8-33.
    - to field Isolation source can be entered any text (minimum 3 characters), e.g. 'wine, water, soil' ...
    - via field Other collections' No. can be searched No from collections ATCC, CBS, IFO, NRRL, DSM, JCM, CCRC, VKM.
  3. Hide / Show filter criteria - after running the filter the selection criteria can be temporarily hidden. Criteria can be shown / hidden by clicking lupa - filter Display filter, or reset Cancel - to completely reset and prepare for a new search.
  4. Sort by selected column - clicking on the column name data are displayed in zostupne ascending order by pressed column name, second click on the same column name sort the table vzostupne descending.
  5. Details about specific CCY - by clicking on the CCY number in any row, detailed information about the selected item is displayed in a separate window.
